Enchiridion by Saint Augustine

We are going to read another book by Saint Augustine, and it is called "Enchiridion". I have read the first chapter, and it is a very interesting book!  Keep in mind there are several translations; We are also reading a commentary on this book by Fr. William F. Maestri to help us with the advanced reading level and also the advanced Catholicism.

Get a dictionary and look up 'enchiridion' (know what it means, know how to spell it, and know how to pronounce it) - in the realm of "livelihood education".  By adding the origin and transmission of the word, some academic approaches can be understood - that it is a Greek word that comes to us from late Middle English via late Latin (in the realm of "technical education" on word parameters can be found in certain dictionaries).  Please note that enchiridion is not the same word as compendium - they are two different words, and hence, two different things.  It is possible for a person to use the enchiridion with the compendium for enrichment and enlightment purposes.
